The working principle: When the unit just starts to rotate the induced draft fan, the oil temperature of the lubricating oil is lower, the spring elasticity in the temperature controller is larger and the sliding valve is lifted up, and the lubricating oil directly enters from the central outlet pipe of the temperature controller. Inside the bearing housing, the oil cooler is short-circuited. As the running time of the high-speed fan of the Reitz increases, the temperature of the lubricating oil continuously rises. At this time, the spring in the temperature controller becomes less elastic due to the temperature rise, and the sliding valve is pressed downward by the pressure of the upper inlet lubricating oil. Move, block the middle outlet, then the lubricating oil from the lower outlet of the thermostat enters the oil cooler for cooling and then enters the bearing housing for cooling purposes. Although the temperature controller has a certain control effect on the temperature of the lubricating oil when the unit is started, the bearing temperature rises during the normal operation of the unit, and the lubricating oil needs to all enter the oil cooler for cooling. Due to manufacturing processes and the like, The spool valve and the central outlet are not tightly sealed. In fact, a part of the lubricating oil still flows out from the central outlet and is mixed with the lubricating oil at the outlet of the oil cooler. Since this part of the lubricating oil is not cooled, the temperature is still high, which causes The temperature of the lubricating oil entering the bearing housing rises, which seriously reduces the cooling effect of the bearing. In order to completely eliminate this hidden danger, the temperature controller is removed without any influence on the fan operation at low oil temperature, so that all the lubricating oil enters the oil cooler for cooling, so that the cooling effect of the bearing box is greatly improved. The demolition of all unit induced draft fan control station temperature controllers is now being carried out one by one. The thermostat of the blower control station will be removed in the future to ensure the cooling effect of the Reitz high speed fan bearings.
